Can you post the contents of any other configs on the server (with sensitive details blanked out of course) Also post the logs of when the server crashes, if you can't understand them yourself.

Would the server.cfg not also be useful to see what settings the server is running on and what configs are being exec'ed? I assume you've tried restarting the server and then without exec'ing any other...

i can load configs now but thats when i remove hostname rcon_password sv_password so i still cant execute server.cfg without it crashing :S
